 Justice

This is how Ragheb Isfahani defines justice

"If a load is divided into two equal parts so that there is no increase or decrease in either of them, then in Arabic it is called Adil Dil."

Shibli Nomani Sirat-un-Nabi Page No. 452

Justice is first and foremost an attribute of Allah Almighty Himself. One of the names of Allah Almighty is also the name of Adil.

God Almighty does not say or do anything that is against justice - as Hazrat Imam Sultan Muhammad Shah Salawat Allah Alayha Dar

The Lord of the worlds is just. He is not unjust. He who worships will get a house.

Kalam Imam Mobin First Page No. 54

The attribute of God's justice has been revealed to human beings so that man, who is the best of creatures in the universe, may also develop this attribute within himself, and if he creates this attribute within himself, it is as if he maintains God's nature.

That is why Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) has declared justice as noble and noble as he was asked.

"Is justice superior or generosity?" So you said

Justice puts everything in its place and generosity pushes everyone out of its limits and justice is a common guardian but generosity is a temporary and special thing so justice is the noblest of the two.

Nahj al-Balaghah Page No. 94

There is no aspect of life that is not covered by this moral teaching of Islam.

If there is no justice then oppression will inevitably grow in which peace and prosperity are not possible

Therefore, Imam Ali (as) gave advice and also instructed that justice should be adopted and oppression should be abandoned.

He said in another place in Nahj al-Balaghah

Do justice and refrain from coercion and oppression, for coercion leads to deportation and oppression invites the sword.

 As God says about orphans

 Translation:

"And give to the orphans their property, and do not substitute the unclean for the pure, and do not keep their property in your affairs; surely that is a great sin."

The eating of orphans' wealth has been described as a "grave sin".
